Overview

Fiserv partnered with Stuut Technologies to integrate agentic AI into enterprise order-to-cash workflows through its Commerce Hub and SnapPay products. The initiative has already processed over $2 billion in invoices.

The challenge

Enterprise finance teams face manual, fragmented B2B receivables processes, and businesses are increasingly looking for ways to improve customer experiences while optimizing working capital.

The solution

Fiserv partnered with Stuut Technologies to combine Fiserv's Commerce Hub (its global payments platform) and SnapPay (its order-to-cash solution) with Stuut's AI-enabled automation capabilities to support collections, cash application, payments, disputes and deductions. Commerce Hub serves as the payment processing foundation for Stuut's platform, while SnapPay integrates Stuut's technology to help automate accounts receivable and B2B payment workflows for eligible organizations. Stuut's AI agent executes collections, cash application, credit, payments, disputes and deductions while learning customer behavior and working within a customer's existing ERP system, integrating natively with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with deployments completed in days.

Agentic AI

Reported business value

Since its 2024 founding, Stuut's AI agent has collected more than $2 billion in B2B invoices. The partnership is designed to help organizations reduce manual work, support working capital management, and improve visibility into cash flow and customer payment activity.
